What an incredible day! The day was all about preparing the brand-new school that URBOND has been building for the past 5 years in Koutaya a small village that until now had no school of its own.
We arrived around 10am and didn’t leave until nearly 9pm spending the entire day getting everything ready for the big inauguration. From cleaning and organising to setting up the classrooms, every moment was filled with purpose and teamwork.
The best part? We were joined by the amazing locals, who worked side by side with us to make sure every detail was perfect. It was inspiring to see the community come together, laughter, music and collaboration filling the air as the dream of a school became reality.
By the end of the day, the school stood proudly, ready to open its doors to the children of Koutaya. What a feeling! Tomorrow, we celebrate this milestone together.
