Today was another inspiring day with our Child Education as we continued our mission to uplift and empower underprivileged communities through education and practical skills.
Our day began with a visit to URBOND Training Centre, where we interacted with our young learners and educators dedicated to shaping brighter futures. We then met with representatives from the Local Authority and the Local Education Board, discussing strategies to strengthen educational access and support systems for children in need.
The afternoon took us to the URBOND Sewing Centre, where we observed an incredible initiative helping young women access sanitary kits and mothers gain valuable tailoring and entrepreneurship skills. The passion and resilience of these trainees is truly inspiring!
We wrapped up the day with a heartwarming dental hygiene session for over 270 children from underprivileged communities. The session included fun demonstrations, free toothbrushes, and engaging discussions about the importance of oral health.
Every smile we saw today reminds us why this work matters.
