URBOND is taking another exciting step towards transforming education and creating sustainable employment opportunities by working towards accreditation with NCC Education to deliver internationally recognised certified courses.
Our vision is to establish a main training centre in the UK, supported by satellite centres across Guinea, providing accessible, high-quality education and skills training to young people and adults alike.
During our CEO's recent visit to Guinea, an important milestone was reached with a meeting alongside Celps Technology to formalise a strategic partnership between the two organisations. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to empowering communities through education, digital skills development and pathways to meaningful employment.
As part of the visit, the team also equipped the URBOND Training Centre with new laptops, enhancing its capacity to deliver digital learning programmes. The centre will provide certified courses designed to benefit both children and parents, helping learners develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to thrive in today's evolving world.
Looking ahead, this ambitious programme will also be strengthened through the continued support of URBOND's valued long-term partners, including University of Portsmouth and Microsoft. Together, these partnerships will help expand access to education, professional skills training and employment opportunities across Guinea and beyond.
